There is the opportunity to take long walks in the olive grove and well-kept wood where you will find benches to sit and rest, well-marked paths, Etruscan tombs and maybe bump into a deer.

The salt water swimming pool, large and well-equipped with deck chairs, lies in a protected environment among olive trees; you may enjoy sunbathing or cool off peacefully.

The Solarium has tables and chairs; you will have a breathtaking view over the olive groves and the surrounding nature. You can reach it via a staircase. It is a perfect place for reading, for a drink, for the evening breeze.

A short distance from the farm, lies the famous church of St. Hippolytus and Cassian whose history goes back to 972. You can reach it with a five minute-stroll. The Abbey of Santa Maria Assunta in Conèo is also nearby, close to the intersection of the hilly route of the via Francigena and the road to Volterra. It was founded around 1000 and immediately adopted the Benedictine rule.
